Am I petty enough to do this? I don't know. I literally don't have the spoons to rip out all of the LLM from my software stack and I don't think purity is an achievable or worthwhile goal.
But Linus making statements like the one here make me wonder about the long-term future of the project, what talented people do we risk driving out by ignoring the social angle?
