@freya yeah... we almost never post despair-adjacent things in public because we don't want it to be a self-fulfilling prophecy. hope is necessary, no matter how irrational it is. all the acceptable futures require having hope as part of how we get there.
but we figured we aren't the only ones who are really tired, and pretending otherwise is doing everyone a disservice
so it was worth trying to thread the needle and look for a way to reconcile those two things, this time
