One of my colleagues told me that I helped him + I was curious what he meant. He said that he cannot remember exactly what I said but that it made him get help to heal. I then recalled a conversation we had a little over a year ago. I had made a comment about how negatively he was talking about himself. I mentioned that I was working on that myself.
He thanked me + told me how strong + brave I am for making it through all the stuff I’ve had to deal with.
