All that bullshit about "networking" you hear all the time? Well, underneath the mountains of nonsense, there is opportunity to make an impact there. Especially for collective action.
You just gotta look past individual companies. Many of my employer's "competitors" are among my friends. This is healthy. Never let your boss control your narrative or relationships.
