This is why you often see utilitarians in the ideological company of eugenicists. If there is a "best experience" or a "most utility", then it stands to reason there is a best kind of person who can best experience that utility. It is why you see so much utilitarian faff around AI people: intelligence has utility, more intelligence is better, computer benchmarks better on intelligence tests, thus computer is better than person.
