So, instead of shunting you off into the sign in path it goes "this doesn't match a primary email address in the database" and throws you into the "create an account" flow.
But the "create an account" flow DOES check against both primary and secondary email addresses. So, you run right into a roadblock with no explanation. In other words: amateur hour.)
