This eventually summons Philippe who replies: "Hi Daniel, I'm the guy responsible for implementing the start menu with React Native in Windows 11. Lemme know if you have any questions." Daniel: first question why Philippe: "I'm a React developer so it only made sense. Any other questions?" Aadit: what was the performance consideration for such an implementation? Philippe: l try not to let such considerations get in the way of doing great work.
