(I realize "ClimateGPT" is not OpenAI, but, presumably if you're training ANOTHER model, BEYOND the investment of what the frontier labs are doing, then it ought to be BETTER for its specialized uses, not just a sad also-ran knockoff of something that already doesn't work quite right, which seems to be where this is landing.)
