Rep. Mark Pocan (WI-02) held OMB Director Russell Vought's feet to the fire during today's Congressional hearing. Pocan continually demanded that Vought answer for the many global deaths he helped facilitate by canceling USAID's funding, firing all of its employees, and effectively shuttering it.
