Of course, I don't actually think any of this is possible under our current system. Capital has always made sure to tilt copyright laws their way. On top of that, capital (in the form of "AI" corps) has moved to the idea that everything that has been created is theirs to profit from, attempting to expand the concept of fair use to the point that any obligations under copyright law do not apply to them. They will rent all our creative outputs (in a much reduced and less potent form) back to us indefinitely.
So, yeah, the form of copyright I outlined above is not one I'm fighting for. It's just more of a (probably useless) thought experiment on harm reduction.
