In migrating some services off of #DigitalOcean, I'm taking the opportunity to properly containerize them. I started setting up an #nginx web proxy to the containers, but kept running into silly roadblocks.
Friends recommended #traefik and it was a very big improvement:
- Can auto-configure proxies based on Docker/Podman container labels.
- Can auto-provision Let's Encrypt certs for them.
- Handy little web console to check on things.
Definitely will be using/recommending this more!
