If a company sold me a service that they advertised was for productivity, but then said in their license agreement that the service was actually "for entertainment purposes only" and thus not liable for any harms caused by it, I'd say they were full of shit.
Oh wait, this one isn't even an analogy. They actually just flat out do that.
