Frustration is very often what learning feels like. Don’t be afraid if you’re frustrated. Don’t feel like there’s something wrong with you if you’re frustrated.
Now frustration and zero progress and just stuck and spiraling…that is not learning anymore. Take a break. Take a nap. Seek out help. Get unstuck!
BUT: when you first encounter frustration, yay! Maybe important learning is about to occur.
