@brib @grimalkina like, if I were a booster I would say something like “well of course you shouldn’t defraud the government with an LLM but you shouldn’t defraud the government with email either, surely you wouldn’t say that we should ban email”. personally I think such an argument is specious but it’s specious because of *tons* of additional facts way outside the mere fact of its use to do this particular crime.
