Looking back at DDA it has MANY themes of dysphoria, depersionalization and alienation, and it even addresses some of that with transformative experiences, though strangely enough gender is just something you get to set whenever you like, whenever you like, not requiring external input.... hrm that's another whole thing innit. 2/4
