This kind of thing is making it easy for me to give up on a science career. Yes, I've done nothing else, and no, I have no other options, but I'm just done. Too many of the people I thought were in the truth-pursuit business with me have turned out eager to use leaded gasoline to truck the child laborers into the sweatshops to paint asbestos with radium. I can't deal with it. I'm leaving.
