there we go!!! in the latest Evocation commits, the boot-source is now used to include all the compilation infrastructure directly into the executable (it's interpreted at startup).

also, the new formatting code is in use such that the boot source looks about as readable in evoke.hex as it's ever going to. we're pleased about that part.
