Not just everything around "AI", but the entire way we structure companies (and therefore our economies) so that an edict can come down from the top with no ability to push back from the bottom. The people all at the top are busy worrying about their status among their peers and the investors and can get captured by the latest fads.
None of this seems built to be resilient. Any resiliency is an accident dependent on the people who actually do the work to manage to keep things going despite numerous suboptimal decisions.
