Is this anything: Star trek's costumes/props designers create all humanoid species by adding rubberized ornamentation to the cheeks, teeth, eyebrows, forehead, neck, and scalp, which is very rigid. So the only facial features left for the actors are their outer embouchure and eyes. A diagnostic correlate of autism is greater dispersion of gaze over the face when attending to emotion.....
