Trouble is, when I have a question, I do want it answered by a person and Google has made that a lot harder.
The extra trouble is, for marginalised people, making us answer the same questions over and over again, reduplicating our labour, is a vector of harassment while trying to maintain a facade of being 'reasonable.' But thanks to Google shitting itself in public, it's harder for us to respond by saying, "Check if I've answered that before."
