part of why we're an anarchist is because we understand that every institution, over time, comes to prioritize its own existence over whatever purpose it was nominally created for. it may happen faster or slower depending on the people involved and what they believe, but at the end of the day the anthill is not concerned about the opinions of ants.
social structures intended to have human purpose need to not be shaped as institutions.
