As some are aware, I'm going to university in a couple of weeks. I'm trying to do some studying exercises, but being an older #actuallyautistic student in his 40s, I'm having some trouble retaining what I'm trying to learn. I've found that I learn through application or listening / reading certain ideas and facts for months over and over again, but that doesn't work well if I'm studying for exams.If you are autistic and are doing well in uni or graduated, what note-taking (I'm using Obsidian and kinda hate it), flashcard (I'm using Anki and kind of meh on it), or studying techniques should I use while avoiding distraction and burnout?
Also looking for note-taking / studying / learning resources, books, tutorials etc.
