Your regular reminder that Apple's chronic under-funding of the "Beware of Dog!" process combines with Cupertino's fundamentally unsafe platform APIs to create a situation in which either abuseware is tacitly allowed, or app reviews aren't just capriciously high-handed, but also take forever.
A better alternative in every dimension are safe-by-default, open platforms like the web.
