@ireneista @MaddieM4 @xgranade IME some coffee snobs are describing real stuff but wine snobs are mostly just making shit up. (this viewpoint is actually validated by scientific studies and double-blind taste tests; fermentation isn’t *that* interesting of a process, chemically speaking, and there’s a much narrower range of flavors that a grape juice can express than the language around them suggests.)
