It has been 0 days since I have messaged a male colleague via side channel to ask them to repeat something I said in a meeting 15 minutes earlier because it got ignored when I said it, and it ended up resolving the purpose of the meeting when he repeated it.
This scenario has happened several times since transitioning.
At least they see me as a woman?
