I've provided product links for convenience but these are in decreasing order of importance, and the MOST important thing you can do is to get the raw audio and put your face close to your microphone. If you have $0, stacking up a bunch of books underneath your laptop to get it closer to your face, saving a local copy of the recording, and maybe putting a pillow on each side of the computer will be a bigger step-improvement to the quality of your audio than $1000 of studio gear
