Yes, we should all take what individual action we can take. Yes, we all share responsibility. But there are in fact specific people to blame — and yet it is not those specific ultra-wealthy people but rather the poorest, people who've individually done the least among us to destroy the climate, who will pay the greatest cost for the damage humans have caused.
