@glyph it’s not explicitly happy eyeballs, but Iroh connections will try multiple IP addresses in parallel and connect on the fastest one. Will even multi-path and change routes transparently if network conditions change. I wrote a tool that you can use with ProxyCommand to proxy via such a connection:
