literally my *happy* thought for the day was that I paid >$6 for a gallon of gas for the first time today, at the cheapest station in town. and obviously I don’t enjoy paying that but if we can break $7 here (in california) then it seems likely that republicans will be out of power for 50 years and that might be enough time to actually heal something
