I think if more people realized that the reason you're paying $20 for a pizza and a soda isn't because your local mom and pop pizza shop all of a sudden got greedy.
It's because the landlords of the building are squeezing their renters.
Americans are paying a premium for nearly everything storefront just so the rich can get richer.
