(facebook post) Charlotte NC Police are asking for the public's help in finding the criminals who vandalized several flock cameras in a South Carolina town by spraying expanding foam on them. Authorities believe the at-large criminals snuck up behind the cameras with spray foam canisters and sprayed the lenses before the cameras had a chance to ID them. More details in the comments below
