i gave up on correctly assigning dependent types to the various versions of elaborator zoo and i'm just doing a direct port to idris.
well, up to a point. EZ rather assumes you are writing haskell and i'm not 100% clear where the laziness is good so i haven't bothered. but i made some nice apis for things like mutable metavariable collections
