Sometimes as leftists, we can get caught up in all the horrors and forget that there is still tremendous beauty and wonder in this world.
The media would have us believe that there is danger lurking around every corner, but there are over 8 billion people on Earth, and each of those individuals took love and nurturing to be here.
We do not need heroes. Collectively, we can all make a difference in bending the arc towards humanity and justice.
