I really think somebody is telling college students, particularly in India, that it is a good strategy to lie to open source maintainers to get commits integrated into their projects. They all set up some similarly-configured bot (openclaw, maybe?). I cannot fathom who is giving them this advice or why. https://github.com/twisted/towncrier/pull/756
