GoToSocial settings for public posts. Replies are configured such that anyone I follow can reply without approval, but everyone else, including followers, requires approval before their reply will show up.
GoToSocial settings for unlisted/"quiet public" posts. Replies are configured such that anyone I follow can reply without approval, my followers can reply with my approval, but total strangers are completely blocked from replying to me.
