The Internal Office of Cats (IOC) has confirmed that 5 pounds of dry cat food in a sealed bag has been taken out of storage and relocated to the kitchen, citing "increasing geopolitical unrest".
The IOC said on Wednesday the cat food bag is now being stored in the kitchen because it can be more easily accessed "in a crisis situation".
