I assume that if I create a duplicate personal Apple ID just for the store submission, that itself risks getting blocked for spam/fake account/ToS violation.
I've heard about people losing their Gmail and everything Google-related over alleged PlayStore ToS violations. I won't risk getting caught in the machine.
