I am looking to #commission a ~6"x9" illustration of an urban fantasy cityscape to be used as a rear cover on an upcoming book release.
I'd like to secure the quote from an artist before I actually hire them because I will be crowdfunding the publication costs, and having a quote from the outset will help me size the goal of that effort appropriately.
