Some positive beliefs, for balance:
- Computers should serve the interests of individuals and their communities, not governments or corporations.
- The solution to the "devs are rolling their own crypto" problem isn't to scold them, but to give them better tools that solve their problem correctly and get out of their way.
- Products and services that position themselves in a marketplace based on privacy claims should actually do a better job at their cryptography. (Most of them suck ass.)
- Consent is more important to me than aesthetics. There are some kinks or subcultures I am personally repulsed by. I will still defend their rights, because it's not harmful.
