I fully recognize that the chatbots can usually converge in runnable code, for a couple of iterations. What it doesn't do, ever, is produce systems that can be operated safely or efficiently, or that are open to further development. There was a time (like 18 months ago) where we broadly agreed that's what "good" means when we're talking about code. That for code to be "good", it must be responsive to the ecosystem in which it exists, including the people who build and run it, and their present and predictable future needs.
