unironically, unashamedly do this. call your friends, ask them for help. and when they say “wait did you ask me just to replace your AI” say yes. say you’ll owe them one but you appreciate them so much more than AI. and show up for them, too.
do not opt out of friendships because you’re too embarrassed that you used a chatbot for a while
