🧵 1/ I see there are many people in the replies to this post getting upset and claiming this is an unspoken social requirement in interviews and that it's unfair to the neurodiverse.
I did hundreds of interviews during my time in tech and I can state with 100% confidence that this is absolutely not a trap for neurodiverse people. It's easy to recognize nd candidates and account for social awkwardness or nervousness or whatever. It's tech! A lot of us are like that! ☺️
