Second, the way you get to be a "good programmer" (on any one of the multivariate axes upon one can be such a thing) is to practice a lot, and AI deprives you of practice. So it might be momentarily helping you to *avoid embarrassment* but you're basically just bluffing your way through a situation, not really producing "better code" in that situation.
