and poke around from there. back in the old days the assumption was you download the repository and explore inside it, without relying on external resources to make sense of it all. we've taken pains to make sure that approach works well for Evocation.

but the important thing to us is it is fully bootstrapped, no longer dependent on any other tooling to build it, not even to build the first copy.

it's at that stage where the first shoot has poked its way above the dirt, it's still tiny but its roots are solidly in place.

It's basically a mini language that LLMs can use to interact with external systems in a standardized way. By standardizing it, they get around the need to train the language model spearately to use every new tool.
